BIOSCI KEY/ACCESS CARD REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:

Please fill out this form for all Dunlop School Key/Access Card requests. Dunlop School Facilities Department will submit the key request to the campus Lock Shop with an expected turnaround time of 3-4 weeks.

An email acknowledgment will be sent to you from biosci-facilities@uci.edu when your key(s) are ready for pick-up with pick-up instructions.  Keys can be picked up from Natural Sciences 1, Room 2126.

You must pick-up and return your own keys. (Please bring photo ID).
